About Spindletop Junk & Haul
Named for the ground that made this town. Built to publish the price before you ever pick up the phone.
Why the name Spindletop
Spindletop Hill sits just south of Beaumont. On January 10, 1901, the Lucas Gusher blew there and put this town on the map as the birthplace of the modern oil industry. Beaumont's whole identity runs through that ground, boom and bust and boom again. We picked the name because a junk hauler's job is the same thing in miniature: clear the old stuff out so something new has room to happen. A cleared garage, an emptied estate, a hauled-off pile of storm debris. Same idea, smaller scale.
Who's running the trucks
Spindletop is a small, local crew, not a franchise with a call center in another state. The people who answer the phone are the same people who show up in your driveway. That's on purpose: pricing questions get answered by someone who actually knows how a truck fills up, not a script.
The load-meter you'll see on our truck-volume pricing page exists because homeowners kept getting a different number depending on who showed up that day. Publishing the same volume-based math for every job, every time, is our answer to that. If something about a job needs a second opinion, you'll get one straight from the crew, either on the phone or at your door.
Why we publish the prices instead of quoting on-site only
Every hauler in the Golden Triangle can give you a number once a truck is already in your driveway. Fewer will tell you the range before that truck shows up. We built our whole site around the opposite approach: see the load-meter chart, know roughly what a quarter, half, or full truck costs, and call already knowing what range you're in. It means fewer surprises for you and fewer arguments for us. Everybody wins except the haulers who were counting on you not knowing the number ahead of time.
The same-day promise, and its real limit
Call before noon on a weekday and we'll usually get you on that afternoon's route. That's a real commitment, not marketing copy, and it's why the cutoff sits right there in our header on every page. It's also not unlimited. We're closed Sundays, and a Saturday afternoon call has a smaller shot at same-day than a Tuesday morning one, simply because the day's routes fill differently. We'd rather tell you that plainly than promise something we can't back up when the schedule's already full.

What we don't do
We don't handle hazardous waste, active demolition debris, or biohazard remediation. We're not an estate sale company and we don't appraise valuables. If a job needs one of those specialties, we'll say so on the call and point you toward the right kind of help rather than take a job outside what a junk removal crew should be doing.
